Burnhead Rural Services provide a ‘one stop shop’ for all rural matters. We are able to offer to the rural community an excellent range of professional services giving unrivalled access to sound advice across a wide spectrum of business areas. The business is completely independent and we have excellent working relationships with other professional bodies such as solicitors, accountants, planners and suppliers.
Burnhead Rural Services is a family run business providing professional agricultural consultancy and administration services to the rural communities of Northern Ireland. The business is run by Graham & Susan Cooke who between them have over 30 years’ experience working with rural businesses and clients across a wide range of services incl. Rural Development, IACS, Nitrates, Quality Assurance, EU Subsidy Appeals, and Soil/Slurry sampling to mention a few.
Our mission is to provide a comprehensive, honest, informed and friendly service which is completely client focused to help you achieve the very best outcomes whether it be scheme applications, business planning or general administration services.

Graham was awarded a Master’s Degree in Agri Business Management by the Scottish Agricultural College, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture with Animal Science by Harper Adams University College.
He has over 14 years’ experience in delivering EU rural support schemes from his employment with the Scottish Government Rural Payments & Inspections Directorate. Graham has extensive practical experience in all livestock enterprises, as well as business planning, project design and diversification. In 2017 Graham completed a significant number of Farm Business Improvement Scheme (FBIS) Tier 2 business plans specialising in poultry and dairy units.

Susan has extensive practical experience in all livestock enterprises, as well as quality assurance, nitrates and IACS regulations.
